Mexico City Hot Air Balloons uses the data you type during checkout only to book, operate and support your flight.

What we collect

• Name, email and phone number of the person who books.
• Number of travelers and the weight of each traveler, which the pilot needs to balance the basket.
• Hotel address, when you book hotel pickup.

Who processes it

Stripe and PayPal process card and PayPal payments; we never see or store your full card number. Our booking system stores your reservation so the crew can check you in.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as tax and aviation insurance rules require.
