Terms of booking

Prices and payment

We publish every price in Mexican pesos, per person, taxes included. You pay online by card or PayPal. You choose to pay the full amount or to reserve with 50%, and you pay the balance on the day of your flight. The online checkout adds no card surcharge.

Confirmation

After payment you receive a confirmation with your booking code and a boarding pass with a QR code. Show it at check-in.

Flight rules

• Minimum age 5 years. Minors fly with a parent or legal guardian.
• Pregnant travelers cannot fly at any stage.
• Every adult shows a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• The pilot in command decides whether the flight goes ahead and may refuse boarding to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Changes and cancellations

Our cancellation policy applies to every booking.
