Two unforgettable moments in one morning: a sunrise balloon flight over the pyramids and a breakfast inside a cave. La Gruta sits a few minutes from the archaeological zone, and it serves its tables under a natural rock vault lit by candles and daylight.

Your morning starts at the launch field with coffee and an English safety briefing. The pilot flies 45 to 60 minutes at sunrise, lands, and pours a sparkling-wine toast.

Then you sit down at La Gruta for a traditional Mexican breakfast. The whole plan takes about 6 hours. Add round-trip transport from Mexico City during checkout if you do not have a car.
